Come learn about magic mushrooms and how to integrate them into your lifestyle. Shonitria is very honest about how shrooms helped her make her way through her postpartum depression through microdosing and tripping on larger doses (she’ll share her shroom tea recipe that she makes each time she trips). She’s tried shrooms before in college but her most recent experiences with shrooms were so eye-opening last year that it really opened her eyes to the ways shrooms can help others, too. This Workshop will inform about how to incorporate magic mushrooms into your wellness routines during pregnancy and postpartum. Plus, we’re sharing how it can be used for overall womb wellness and as a tool to take care of your mental health. 

Shonitria will be joined by special guest Mikaela de la Myco who is a mother, a mushwomb educator and acts as a community ceremony facilitator in occupied Kumeyaay territory also known as San Diego, CA. 

In person, Mikaela holds community based circles where people can journey through the dark amenta to uncover their ancestor codes, rewrite trauma wounds and make meaning with mushroom and other earth medicines. Mikaela’s platform, Mama de la Myco centers the rematriation of psychedelic practice and excavates the intersection of the archetypes of medicine woman, psychedelic mother and sacred hoe.
